Why can't I log in?

Why won't my device connect to my wireless access point?

Why doesn't the touchscreen work?
- If your touchscreen has the protective plastic covering on it, you'll need to remove it.
- If the touchscreen doesn't respond at all, try turning off your device and then turning it back on.
- Sometimes the device may not immediately respond to your input because it's temporarily tied up on a process; give it a moment and then try again.
- If your screen calibration is a little off, try recalibrating your device:
- Infocast 8": Press the top button to open the control panel. Then tap the icon and then tap the button to recalibrate the device.
- Infocast 3.5": Press the top button to open the control panel. Then tap the button and then tap the button to recalibrate the device.
Why does an app that I've removed from a channel keep reappearing?
You may see apps that you didn't put in your channel. These are added by Best Buy and chumby industries. Sharing these promotional apps with you is how the content stays free — no subscriptions to pay, no plans to sign up for. If you remove a promotional app, it will be replaced. We're 100% dedicated to keeping your app channels new, intriguing, fun and FREE.
